Help Mp3's Skip

All my mp3's skip. I've tried numerous media players and it happens on them all. I even copied my mp3's of the sd card to my desktop and played them and they skip there too so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the sd card. I have tried reformatting the sd card didn't make a difference.

Anybody seen anything like this before or have any idea how to fix it.

Couple of things

1 try another SD card
2 format the SD card in CWM and then put one MP3 and try it
3 wipe cache and dalvik in CWM and see I that helps

I second g60- reformat the current card & try again & if it still skips, it's probably the SD card...

It sounds to me like it's your mp3s..if you are completely moving them off the card and they are still skipping I don't think it would be a format issue.. did they ever play right? What's their source?

Oh, didn't read the OP very carefully! If they are skipping after you move them back to your computer from the SD card, but didn't skip before (wherever they originally came from), that would seem to me to indicate they got corrupted on the SD card. If you downloaded them directly onto the phone (through an app or browser), it could be the app or download process corrupting the mp3s- you could test this by copying files you know are good directly from a computer to the sd card & then try playing them on the phone.
