Hi everyone,
I'm new to this android world, having just got my HTC Desire HD on a monthly contract. I must say I'm quite impressed with the phone while at the same time quite amazed by all it's features. I have a precision mechanical engineering background and have always had an interest in gadgetry of all types and although retired now (early retired that is) I am still trying to keep up with technology as best I can. I dabble a bit with computers but but do consider myself an expert - just do it as a hobby. By joining this forum any advice or help I receive will be greatly appreciated whilst I hope I may be of some assistance to other members in return.
