Microsoft does not make an Office product for Android. However, there are several alternate options such as "Documents to Go" or "Quick Office" that open, edit and save word, excel and powerpoint docs. These apps are not free though.
Just got my Inspire and it is indeed. No direct Dropbox access but you can open Dropbox files in it and your new files can be uploaded to Dropbox using a file explorer. Yay!
I have Quick Office installed. I sent .doc and .xls file to myself - it did not show up in the eMail only a win.dat file from my Outlook signature... suggestions?
