Help MS Outlook issue - message content not matching sender

I have three email accounts on my Motorola Droid - gMail, comcast email, and MS Outlook (OWA) through work. When I open an Outlook email, I'll see the correct person, date/time, subject line, recipients, but the body of the message is from a completely different email - one from last week, one from another email account, one from a different sender. It's like the puzzle pieces aren't being matched up correctly. Has anyone else run into this problem? According to the IT help desk at work, this is a Droid problem vs an Outlook sync problem. Any thoughts and suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

FYI...called Motorola. They basically told me to get a new/replacement phone from my cell phone provider.
