Root {MS323} Cyanogenmod Development thread.

So I've tried installing this rom on two different phones, and both times it bricked them. Am I doing something wrong, or what is going on?

I've been using cm 11 daily. Few bugs... Camera and GPS mostly.....Waiting to see what chevan can cook up with the kernel..:D

Derp, test went to bootloop, i'm sure its something simple for camera though. First i need to test the D325 stock kernel on the MS323 to see if it works. If thats a green light then its just missing props from our ROM that is needed to fix camera. Got a lot of debugging to do this weekend.

You can try this for keys.
First do a nandroid backup. Seriously do this like every time you do stuff.
1) Get gpio_keys.kl located in system/usr/keylayout from stock firmware.

2) Open file and copy the last 3/4 lines from it.

3) Paste lines onto cm11 gpio_keys.kl file. Lines must replace the last 3/4 lines.

4) Restart

You can also remap menu to recents by replacing MENU with APP_SWITCH. I did this on my D325 replaced simswitch with recents.

just tried the updated cm11 on the ms323 right now only bug i found was the camera still front facing only but another than that this is solid ...no flashing blue screen or nothing

Is there anything I need to know/do prior to flashing the link above?

I'm on simplicity XL stock, 3.4.0 kernel, and CWM.
