Thanks Please forgive me cuz I am new to all this Techie stuff so can I achieve this when my Sprint accct is turned off? And if so do I connect cell to my pc?

I loved my Droid, but I made a mistake by switching to Sprint from Verizon. And dropped Sprint after 2 month's.
