MTP USB device fail

Well.. this might seem like a long post, but i need to start from the beginning.. I downloaded the kies3 software and connected my note3 with the usb and it showed up fine on the kies3 software.. the problem was that for some reason, i could not transfer video from the pc to my note3.. so i downloaded the wondershare mobilego software.. in the process of installing this software, it kept asking me for a lot of permissions.. since i wasnt too sure, i uninstalled wondershare mobilego.. immediately after that i started kies3 and connected my note3 but it wouldnt show up on kies3.. and windows tried to install the MTP USB driver.. but the installation failed..
Im unable to connect my note3 to kies3 software anymore.. can anyone help me out with this issue? Thanks and Cheers!!!
 
The thing is, i connected my friends note3 to my computer and her phone connected fine with kies3.. problem is with my phone after i installed and uninstalled wondershare mobilego while the usb was connected to my phone..
 
This will not work on ever phone but try using this dial code. *#0808# it will take you to the USB settings menu. Select Mtp+Adb click ok and save. Reboot phone reconnect. Hope this helps. If you don't get to the usb settings screen your carrier removed the option.
 
Thank u.. u genius... worked like a charm.. even samsung support failed to sort out my issue after being on call with them for almost 2 hours... finally, i was all set to restore factory settings until u messaged right on time... thanks again.. cheers
