Help Mts video format

Do Samsung phones not support MTS video format? I get audio but no video.

Welcome to the Note 3 Android Forums detrick70. MTS is not natively supported by Android devices. The good news is there are a bunch of video convertors out there that can turn it into something you can use on your Samsung device. Take a look at this list I brought up on Google. Even the Sony branded Android devices don't play MTS and most of their cameras record in it.
