Sorry if my english is bad, but in the Netherlands I can't find very much about my phone.
About one year ago, I bought the Samsung Galaxy W and from the start I had some problems, but that were little problems. Sometimes the phone didn't react anymore when I was in my Photoalbum, but that was all.
Now, a year further, my phone sometimes turns automaticly off. It start with a 100% battery, then it turns itself off, when I turn it on the battery is 50%, after that 1% and then it's empty.
This "automaticly turning on and off" happens more times a day now.
That's not the only thing, sometimes, out of nothing, it starts vibrating and it doens't stop. I have to turn my phone off and on, then it stops. When I turned my phone off and on, the date and the time aren't right anymore. The time and the date are then from the last time I turned my phone on and off.
Many apps have to be closed, they don't react anymore and then I get a message where I have to choose if I want to close the app or wait. (The message has a name but I don't know what that is in English)
It doesn't matter which app I use, it happens to all of them: facebook, twitter, whatsapp, viber etc.
Further, when I start typing I can't. No text is appearing. I have to open another conversating, push the letters, go back to the conversation where I wanted to say something and start typing. Then there is finally appearing something.
I read some comments down here, but it's like my phone has all of the described problems. So I don't know if I should do an upgrade and buy a new battery etc. when this phone has so much problems.
