Multi view update

The MAIN reason I know I would use this multiscreen option is for Youtube videos. I could watch them while doing something else. esp while they download. I am so impatient while they dl I always think of a million other things I could or should be doing.
Even if we could use the Popup app anytime in any screen or app that would be fantastic. I REALLY REALLY love this feature esp when I am in an email. So maybe it's a toss up. I must say the Popup feature is a fantastic surprise I was not expecting. I LOVE it!

I still have the Note 1, I use Super Video to watch movies while I browse the net or check emails and I use Floating Browser to watch Youtube videos or browse the net while I check emails. I still want the note 2 for the better SPen, bigger battery and Quad Core.

This looks and sounds like it would be perfect! but the reviews recently are terrible. It looks too complicated for me to figure out what I need to do to get it to maybe work ie-flash to dl ect? Hopefully they will update soon so it's compatible with jellybean. I just need someone who knows what they are doing to set up my phone.

Just figured out a trick. Maybe everyone knows this. But there might be some one who doesn't. If you go in your browser and open YouTube from there you can press hold on the video. Choose open and the popup browser option pops up and you can basically watch YouTube while browsing and navigating through home screens etc.

I was looking for something like this last night but couldn't figure it out, nice find.

Stretch it with your fingers as it plays.
Resizing doesn't work on mine. The super video is supposed to be able to able to resize. I got everything downloaded for that app, but the video doesn't work. I wonder if we are going to get flash for jelly bean? I can hear video, but it looks like "ant races" while it plays. The resizing would be nice but I will live with just the pop up browser Video. Now I can watch Youtube and browse here. Yay.

Have you tried using the stock video player?

I have been trying my hardest to figure out how to resize the pop up browser as well. There are a few things "missing" or "different" compared to the ton of videos I have been watching over the months about the GN2.

I am posted my own thread about them, so I do not hijack the OP's thread any further.

I spoke to Samsung and they said we do not have it (obviously) and we will not be getting it for the US models. So I guess we will see what happens.

FWIW, there's a video ad of the Note 2 on the Samsung Mobile USA page that shows the Pop-out Video feature but makes no mention of the Multi-Window feature. Maybe if there's enough of an outcry though, they'll push it out. It really makes no sense to not include it.

Wishing this was really going to happen....

Not sure why they didn't implement it in the first place....

Any1 else have any updates about this???

I think in another thread they mentioned that some of the UK carriers are pushing the updates on the note there.

Verizon already has this feature on their device, but I don't think they'll be the first carrier to have it in the US since they lag so behind in pushing of devices! TMO will probably be the first to have an update for it in the US.
