Multi Window function.

How can I select which programs to use in multi Window? I'd like to use a calculator and text. Also business calendar and text. And business calendar and calculator.

I'm new to this feature.

They are preset with the device when you pull open the left side arrow button.

The only way to unlock other apps is to root the device :)
 
Not sure about it being locked. I have apps in my list that I have installed on the device that weren't part of the preload. Not sure how they got there. I can press and hold and remove apps and press the funny bar chart image at the bottom of the list of apps to add some that aren't in the window, but it doesn't list all of them there. So there is some way to customize it.

Woodbunch, just so you know the Note 3 only supports a certain list of applications that work in multiwindow

You can try this app, MultiWindow Manager, I don't know if it requires root for the Note 3, but it's worth a shot.

Some apps cause the MultiWindow to run slower just so you know.
