That tells me how to have a wall paper for each screen, I just want my main paper to change every once in awhile without me having to change it manually.

Nah, the apps in that thread do what you are looking for, even though the OP asked for something else.

Wallpaper Rotator works fine for me.

You point it to a folder with pics and set it for how often to rotate.

I use Wallpaper Shuffler and it works great for me.
