Multiple Calendars to Sync from Outlook

HTC Sync only lets me Sync to one calendar in Outlook and only syncs to the calendar named "Outlook internally".

I am a leader of 3 different organizations and have 3 different calendars in Outlook. Is there a way or an application to Sync multiple calendars to the Sprint HTC Hero calendar????

I really want this too, but I don't think it's possible. I keep a personal and work calendar.

I would be really interested in this as well.

I'd like to be able to get my work and personal on my hero without having to merge the two, or rely on google.
