Help Multiple Exchange Calendars to Droid

I have Outlook connected to an Exchange Server. I have 2 calendars, Calendar and Personal. My Droid is set to sync and the items on Calendar show up but Personal does not. I have not been able to find a setting that will enable it to show up. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
