guys,

i am a youth sports coach and i need to be able to setup a direct message shortcut to my contact group. Has anyone been able to do this? i can setup indivdual short cuts but not a shortcut for a contact group. Am i doing something wrong?

Also, is there a way to change the label on the direct message shortcut?

thanks in advance....
