Rogers captivate running stock rom. Rooted not lag fixed. I used titanium backup to remove the garbage Rogers apps, nothing the phone needs to run (im not a moron). I use start up auditor to keep useless apps from opening all the time.
My phone is having a lot of different issues and it seems like the only way to fix them temporarily is to reboot the phone.
1) Pull down menu wont go down it just freezes a half inch down
2) Sometimes the phone starts to glitch out and go really slow, when nothing is running. I check whats running and using the cpu but nothing is using the cpu even though it is stuck at 1000Mhz. It may be from start up auditor or something trying to open continuously or not, I have no idea.
3) I will be listening to music on the default player and randomly halfway through a song it will just skip to a different song while the screen is locked.
4) Games such as dungeon defenders will not work because the phone just freezes and crashes then reboots itself. Could be from the same issue as #3 but im not sure, I know game dev story will lag like crazy for no reason sometimes so I just uninstalled it since I basically already capped out
Just to comment on the other general common issues people are having. My GPS works fine for navagation, but not for maps. It wont lock when I use maps and when I use navagation my battery goes from 100% to 0% in about an hour. I dont have issues with people calling me or calling people because of "lag" but skype is always ****ing up.
