Multitouch disappear

Has anyone experienced where multitouch (like pinch to zoom) doesn't work, until you restart your phone?

I experience this frequently..is there a way to solve this?

Apparently, people have trouble with it after downloading another keyboard.

I have had it a couple of times, once was after installing a keyboard, the other just seemed random, but a reboot sorted it both times.

Umm... I use both smart keyboard pro and swype, but I've never had this problem..
