My sensation XE won't search song when I open the app and tap the magnifying glass although I've already tick the Music option in Search setting. My mother has another HTC and it works just fine. I contacted HTC support but they don't help much, they're suggestion is to reset factory, but I've already downloaded so many apps.. so my question, does anyone know how to fix that? and if it comes to the reset factory, is there any app or ways to back-up every downloaded apps and data?
