Is It possible to " send " or transfer a single specfic playlist from one SD card to another without using HTC Sync? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know about music or playlists but what if you plug your phone into computer, mount as disk drive, and drag it to a folder you create, then plug in an sd card/reader and drag it there?
Or if you have 2 usb ports drag it from phone's sd to the other drive that the other sd card is?
