Had my Desire a couple of weeks. Done one factory reset on HTC advice after I told them Friendstream wasn't auto-updating (worked for a while, then had a couple of 'updater closed unexpectedly' messages and stopped reliably updating again). Since then, about three times, the music widget has frozen, 'closed unexpectedly' and demanded a 'force close'. I've had to switch off and on to get it working. The last time to happened, HTC Sense crashed as well. I've transferred music files from my netbook (amazon downloads).
Is another factory reset warranted or does this need exchanging?
