Help music files on microsd

i put some songs on my microsd but the music app wont put it in the playlist. but i can find the songs if i search them. any one know how i can put them in the original playlist?

make sure your mp3s in the music folder. ( sdcard/music) or hit menu/music menu check folders

Yep, you have to have a folder named "music" on the sd card and all music placed in there. Then you will be golden.

Yeah this confused me at first as well.

Covart is correct, you have to add a "new" folder and label it "MUSIC". All your mp3 files should then show up in your music player.

I also had to do this for "my pictures" when copying them over from my 'puter. You would think they would have already had these folders pre-installed for you seeing as how common they are.

Depends on the player. PA for example has the option to select where you want it to look.
With different downloaders putting music In different files everywhere I just leave them wherever they may go and they get found.
