That's the link to the Droid user guide. See pg 38 for Bluetooth connect info. You may need a headphone supporting a specific Bluetooth profile, I don't recall exactly.

I've used a BlackBerry Music Gateway to play Droid music through my PC, works perfectly.
You may run into occasional weirdnesses if you get a phone call while connected to a Bluetooth device, but overall it works great.
