Help music player help please

I got a T-Mobile Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S 3g...everytime I download music from an app it makes duplicates or clones of the one song I downloaded...I have delete cache of phone and apps and even rebooted nothing helps...please help also does it when I transfer songs from my computer too...any ideas...thanks in advance
