Music Player Operation

Tinwoodsman

Newbie
All the Sprint documentation I have reviewed tells how to play a selection, pause a selection and do other things like shuffle, etc. What I cannot find is how to stop a selection during playback.

All help appreciated.

I am sorry.. but are you serious??

Pause = stop

Hey, I don't think it's such a bad question. Had I never used an iPod before, I would wonder the same thing.

To this day I kinda wish there was a stop button on modern media players. It's just more satisfying for whatever reason :D

No, I have never have any Apple products either!!
but was able to ... infer the knowledge buy....
-Pause music
-"back button" out of music...and see that it was gone
- oh.. pause = stop

ok.. I have had "brain fart" moments too... :rolleyes:

It not an apple thing. It is a technology thing. It is getting more rare to actually find a stop button.

hehe, a friend just asked me why his car radio doesn't have a mute button! I told him it did! All car radios from all times have one. It's called the power button. He just stared at me and said DOH!

Thanks for the input. Dan30C.....some of us, or maybe just me, are not able to "infer the knowledge buy (or should it be "by") those steps since even though you back out, you still go right back to the paused screen upon calling up the player. Oh well!!
