Help Music Player Problem Or SD CARD?

i just got this issue today. i put some new music on my phone and i just started using a new music player app called poweramp. well basically heres whats happening. when i play a playlist all my songs are getting skipped every few seconds. then after that no songs will play then i have to restart my phone then it gives me blank sd card thing. then i restart it again and it becomes fine. im not sure whats causing my sd to mess up.
 
it would skip every song.

fIXED IT!

okay so i uninstalled poweramp. and the songs still skipped on the stock player. so then i deleted the cache and it seems to be working fine now. im guessing it was poweramp that messed it all up for some odd reason.
 
never mind!!! I think its my sd card nd its prolly dead because it keeps saying sd card unexpectedly removed. I have a sandisk 32 class 10 had it for about 3-4 months and thiss is odd. it happened right when I put muaic on it and started to play music then all my songs wouldnt play and the sd card stoped working ehh. idk
 
this sucks. my sd card only works sometimes and when I need to take pictures or listen to music I cant because its al up. I dont get it it was working fine untill I added more music.
 
When i had a slower SD, i increased music buffering in advanced settings or something on poweramp mate. Have a tinker deep in the settings ;)
