Music player problem

for 4 of my albums all the songs and the albums names come up as random amounts of ?s. i dont know how to fix it, i tried re-downloading them, and taking out some characters from the names but nothing will fix it. so is there any way to fix this or what is the cause. and is there any way to change name of songs and albums on the phone by just using the phone. thanks and i know my grammar is not good but thanks for tolerating it.

what application are you using to transfer the music, you can try the application called 3 in the market place, it helps to get artist names and covers, or try an app called doubletwist, check this forum copy itunes music to android phone - DroidOverflow for detailed tutorial

Did you verify your ID3 tags using MP3Tag or some other software?

it shows up as ?s on every player and all i did was drag and drop the music from my itunes folder and used itunes agent.

thanks that did the trick and sorry for asking such a dumb question its just i had the iphone for the last few years and before that a blackberry so i am trying to learn how to use android.
