Music player with a decent SEEK function?

I'd like to be able to hold the FF or RW keys and seek, like the stock music player on the moto Droid. Anybody point me in the right direction?

u dont like the idea of having a slider to ff or rw?

if so i would suggest the mixzing player.

Listening to a recorded radio show that's about 4 hours long, so the slider isn't so great for something of that length. I'll give the one you mentioned a try, thanks.
