Help Music player

Hi Guys

I hope i havent missed the answer to this when i searched but i couldnt find anything about how to change songs on the music player?

If i want to play songs from a different artist i click the back button and it takes me onto the list of artists and i can click on someone else however when i am listening to music but also have an app running how can you change artists?

i can drag the music player down from the top bar and skip to the next song but i cant figure out how to change to another artist? If i click the back button it just takes me out of the app or webpage im using

Hopefully there is a way to do this?

If you hold the home button it will show you the list of recent apps. Choose music player and then do the same to get back to the original app.
