Hi,

I was playing music then I went to the home screen then it stopped is there a way to multitasking when playing music?

This shouldn't happen, you should be able to carry on with most things while listening to music.

Have you tried rebooting?

That shouldn't happen. Mine will quite happily play my music while I go to the home page or do something else. You haven't got a task killer which could be responsible have you?

You don't! Multitask as much as you want and let the android system manage your apps. The system will automatically free up memory as and when needed.

It's good practice to use the back key to come out of an app when you've finished with it.
