Help Music Streaming via Bluetooth

I am interested in buying a new bluetooth-enabled stereo for my truck in order to stream audio from my Commando to the stereo. My question: Does the Commando support A2DP? The stereo specs indicate this is required for bluetooth audio streaming.

Thanks in advance.

FWIW my commando doesnt work well with my Eclipse 5030 deck, my previous phones and my wifes X2 work flawlessly on it. My commando does however work very well with the Ford Sync in my wifes 08 focus. Supposedly the 5030 is using the same profiles and everything but it only plays music well and can't smoothly switch profiles to handsfree, actualy hands free doesnt work at all even if its the only profile selected. May have something to do with the half duplex nature of the commando.

Just letting you know my experiences. I recomend trying one in a store and actualy pairing your phone and making calls from the unit. Even if you are just going to leave and order cheaper online...

Good luck,
John

I have a Sony Xplode receiver in my truck with bluetooth. It works great with it track control pause ect. The only down fall is the sound quality can go down if the signal isn't great like it is in your pocket or in a backpack ect. The call feature also works good over the system.
