Music Transfer

Im not sure how to sync music from my PC to my Hero. I know how to sync Outlook, but I cant figure out how to sync my music. I know this is a Noob Question. But I need help. I can download musice from my Hero browser but that takes to long. Im sure there is a easier way to do this.
 
Hmmm... connect the Hero to the PC via USB and mount your card and then just create a folder and copy over the files you want. If you are looking for an iTunes type program which SYNC's the songs and such, I don't use one but just coy the files I wish to listen to.

Yes, basically, connect the Hero to your PC with the USB cable, pull down the notification window and select "USB" connected which will make your Hero's SD card available as a removable disk in My Computer (or Computer).

Now simply copy your music files to the Hero the way you would normally copy files. I make a folder on the SD Card called My Music in which I put all my music.

Hope this helps, this isn't a complete step-by-step run through, but it should get you going.

You could also download doubletwist. Its an itunes like program for Android. You just download it to your computer and plug in your Hero and drag and drop. It also does movies and automatically puts them in the right format so you don't have to do anything. I love this thing, makes transferring music and watching movies easy.

I haven't tried DoubleTwist on the PC. It works great on the Mac, so if you have a Mac, I would recommend it for that platform.
