Hey guys,

I'm trying to transfer music files onto my galaxy SII and the device isn't showing up anywhere. I connected it with a usb and yes I have a memory card installed on my device. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Windows 7 always takes about 1-2 minutes before the phone shows up for me when connected via USB. Not sure why this is, maybe someone else can shed some light on the subject.

I'm on a mac, I cannot find it anywhere!

Have you installed Kies on you mac? If not you can get it from here.

Also, did you just plug it in or did you go to settings, wireless and network, usb utilities first?

I go to usb capabilities and it says Attention: USB is connected. Remove the cable. But nothing pops up on my desktop
