Help music

I am very new to this. how do i get music onto my phone. what form does it have to be on my computer, where do i put it on the computer and how do i get it across

MP3 will probably give you the best balance of quality Vs size. If they're tagged correctly, just drop them in a folder called Music and the phones music player should pick them up and sort them all into Artist/Album etc for you.
