Must have apps/widgets

I'm in love with Skyvi! I asked her to marry me but she told me she wasn't into humans. :D For me Voice Recorder is a must as well, since my mom likes to receive audio clips of her grandson "talking" (she's got a no-video phone).

Pure Grid calendar widgets. Scrollable, very customizable calendar widgets, the best one I've found to show week view.

Oh and LightFlow, definitely.

Air Droid or WiFi Explorer PRO
Google Wallet along with PayPass Locator
Not Call Log (when you hang up it takes you back to the home screen)
BeWeather its by far the best weather app and it supports Beautiful widgets skins.
Lookout

I like Beatiful Widgets, but also (if I can afford to buy this thing next month) Oruxmaps. It's the best stand alone GPS app that you can create offline maps with IMHO. Does tracks and everything else.

Yaah, Oruxmaps!

Tasker, but I haven't been able to get it to work on ICS yet. It keeps crashing on me. aCar is also great for keeping track of when I need to have things checked and what sort of mpg's I'm getting.

Dropbox (Cloud file storage)
Netflix (I love watching movies and TV shows on this phone)
Beautiful Widgets (I'm going to have to take a look at BeWeather though)
Kindle (I'm getting a real Kindle for Christmas, but this is a great phone to read on)
Key Ring (Too many rewards cards)
Google Wallet & PayPass locator
TeslaLED (Flashlights are so last year ;))
Zedge (louder ringtones are a must)

Amazon appstore = 1 free app every day after 1AM est
Volume+ = helps with low volume problem
Dolphin HD = Best browser for android
RealCalc Scientific Calculator = Best calculator
Ringtone maker = make ringtones out of your songs
Car Locator = helps when you can't remember where you parked
Gauge Battery = nice battery widget
Soundhound = tag songs you like but don't know the artist
Google Voice = Everyone needs this!!!
Speedtest = Tests your download/upload speed on your phone
Field Goal = fun field goal flick kick game

I like Fancy Widgets. You can assign what apps open when you touch different areas of the widget. Examples: I touch the minutes and it opens my stop watch and timer app, Hours opens my alarm clock, date opens the calendar, weather icon opens my weather bug app. You can assign any app you want to the 8 different areas, it also has an option to display your battery percentage in the widget next to the date.

gotta add NOVA launcher to this list. if you download it and don't change any settings, it IS the stock launcher. why not give yourself the option for more customization though? they have put in so many things that should have been standard in ICS.

Where you guys getting Nova Launcher...it's not showing up for me in the Market?

I think Android Sync Manager is a must, especially since they use the new file system.
Skype is now working thanks to a fixed patch by XDA developers. File Picker is one of my favs as well as titanium backup. Astro file manager is one of the first apps I install on it.

Wow so you're not a bot huh? I normally just see you thanking posts! Heh.

As for apps, too many too list.

My favs are.

Battery Monitor (By Simmo)
Beautiful Widgets
Root Explorer
Root Call Blocker Pro
Tapatalk (wish we could use it here again, hint).
Tweetcaster.

But again, only a few. :)

What is the paypass locator for? Do you have to have a Mastercard to use this? Or is this just an app to locate stores that use google wallet?
