I dropped my Evo a few times since launch and now it shuts off randomly in my pocket or at a the slightest bump. At least I have the $100 insurance. Just let this to be a warning, treat your phone nice.

Oh that happened to me, my Evo fell off a table while connected to the usb cable, but it fell on the floor, and shut off randomly thought it was broken, opened up and discovered the batter was loose, popped the battery back in and it seems fine now, if anything else happens I'll post.

i've done a couple battery pulls since. i'll try it again. i have a new battery on the way maybe that will fix it.
