Help Mutliple Issues: Issue #2 Music Player Exits

I find now that the music player exits when I press either the "Home" or "Menu" buttons at the bottom of the phone if I want to run another application while listening to a song/podcast.

Again, this is really annoying.

I can't start up a podcast, then text/email someone. The music player exits.

Please help.

Never mind...

OK, so I just figured something out. If you open a song/podcast from Astro, then you can't hit the home key and open other apps without the music stopping. But if you open up the Music Player app and select a song instead of going through Astro, you're free to roam around your phone and email/text/whatever.

Neat-o. Ploblem #2 solved....
