Help Mxq Pro 4k

I have had my tv box for a week was working great. turned it on last night but it would not restart. I have done the tooth pick deal, no luck. The blue light is on, the remote will not turn it on or off. when you first plug it in the tv screen shows the mxq pro logo then goes blank? help

Sounds like it failed and died, as they do sometimes. Suggest returning it for warranty replacement or refund, nothing else you can do with the thing

I agree. If a factory reset didn't fix the issue, get a replacement. If it's only a week old, that shouldn't be a problem.

Yes I gave up and ordered another with a refund coming my way. I take it that these boxes crap out often? Not a lot of money for what they do, and I will have 2 remotes. Thanks for your feedback

Yeh, with being very cheap devices for what they do, poor quality and reliability is often a problem.
