Help My 50Gb dropbox?

Hey

So I signed up for dropbox on the setup screens. Only just noticed I havent got my 50Gb for 2 years?

Anyone know what Ive done wrong?

If you already have a dropbox account, will the extra 50gig go on top of your current allocation please?

I had the same issue, when I logged into dropbox from a pc I was asked to complete 5 out of 7 tasks to increase my limit to 50GB you may want to try this :)

I think it makes up the difference to 50GB (ish... I'll explain). I received an email telling me to complete the required 5 out of 7 tasks to receive my 48GB of dropbox storage. But because I had 3GB dropbox storage already, I ended up with 51GB.

I assume it defaults to giving you 48GB, as though you had the default free 2GB already, and if you have accrued more by, for instance, referring new members, this allowance will be added on.

Same here, although I had already done four of them so just had to skim through the tour.
 
I've done something really stupid, when i put my details in i put my email address in wrong, i mispelt it by one letter, does anybody know what i can do, i have been to dropbox to reset my emil address, in settings, but obviously the email they sent has gone to the first address i put in.

Have you tried uninstalling Dropbox and reinstalling it with the correct info?
 
I've noticed quite a few people commenting that they do not know how to activate their 50gb Dropbox which is why I've started this thread.
If this info is on here somewhere else then please feel free to delete this.

I have a strange amount. I had 2.75gb, (the .75gb is from making three referrals). With my S3's bundled 50gb, I'm now showing as 51.75gb. So I seem to have been given 49gb. Most unusual.
