My Account problems.

I don't know why, but when I use my account, it doesn't show how many anyon messages I got left. It shows as 0 messages. Anyone know?

When I do #674# it tells me how many messages I have, but when I go to my account, it does not.

Try Un-Installing MyAccount ... power Off ... wait two minutes ...
reboot and reinstall "MyAccount" and try again ...

If you have problems then call TMO Customer Care from another phone ..
