Help My app and games

[Android Question]

On android phone, in Play Store app, when I click My apps & games tab, and then appears two tabs. First is INSTALLED, that shows all the apps currently installed on my phone. The second tab, ALL, shows a number of apps. Are those apps everything that is in Play Store, or those are the apps that I installed earlier. Because, it shows me a lot of apps that I see for the first time. Just for the information.

All tab shows all apps that have been installed or downloaded using the Google account you are using.
