My APP Tray doesn't open

Nothing happens when i hold down the 'back' key which is supposed to open the app tray....is there a setting for this which needs to be turned on? I've looked through all settings and can't seem to find one.....

Just tried on mine and no dice; where did you see that the back button is supposed to do this?

From what I understand, holding the back button should only open the multi-view tab.


And if thats what you mean then, what carrier are you on?

I saw it in this "multitasking video" [GALAXY Note II] Multitasking - Official Hands-on - YouTube
at min 2:30.

In the video they call it the "multi-windows app tray" and it opens vertically along the right side of screen. Says you just have to press and hold back key but nothing happens on mine. And, i have ATT.

Sadly the only US carrier that has the feature atm is Sprint. ATT should be rolling it out soon though. Verizon will have the feature out of the box, but of course they did wait to release it.

Mine opened on the right side. Placement is optional, long press and drag.
