Root My app wont stay on my home screen after reboot?

I have bionix-v 1.3.1 with overstock 1.3 and and ( interval timer ad) and (rom manager) wont stay on the screen and I just cant figure it out any ideas anyone.
 
Are you talking about the widgets? Sometimes if you flash a kernel like overstock you can lose some application/widgets on the home screen. What you can do is make a nandroid of your rom and most of the time you can restore the homescreen by just restoring only the data in the advanced restore in cwm.
 
Just to add to that, if you were using something like launcher pro, or ADW, sometimes when they reboot they will wipe your homescreen data. The easiest solution to this is to go in to your applications section in settings, and clear all defaults, reboot, set everything back up, and save your defaults. Also backup your homescreen in LP(if you are using it) it wont save widgets, but apps it will.
