Help my ascend acting weird

it started today first the lock screen would do movements by it self and when i try to pick a app it starts going wild and moving everywere and picking apps by itself pplease can someone leave

Take out battery for a few minutes.
When I first got mine I had a couple screen shakes and odd things happend but it sorted its self out.
I'm not sure vut I think maybe its an auto screen calibrator trying to figure its self out.

Mine did the same thing when I first got it. Within the first day I think.

I had it set to where you draw a pattern over the 9 dots to unlock it. The center dot was red and there was a line shooting in all different directions, but not making contact with the other dots.

Even when I tried to unlock it myself, it kept getting the pattern wrong. I shut the phone down, rebooted, and it hasn't done it since.

I still remember freaking out because I had just gotten up for work (at 0430) with a cold and perscription cough meds. I wondered if I was dreaming or tripping or what.
