Root my backup root

I use my backup pro, what would make apps back up as data instead of apks (annoying when unrooting) how can i stop this?

And how can i make them backup as apks instead of data files?

Are you trying to just backup the apps and keep the apk file an apk file in the backup?

If so you can use astro's backup tool to make copies of apks and they will be stored on your SD as an apk file

i want them to back up as apks instead of data in my backup pro so that i dont have to manually click each and every one of them when i restore its very annoying, worst part about being rooted
