My contact info

Is there a way to put my contact info on the lock screen in case the phone is lost? My last phone had this option along with emergency contact info in the contact list.

Here’s what to do:

Open up the Settings app on your Android device and tap ‘Security’
Tap ‘Show owner info on lock screen’
Use the text box to enter the information you wish to display on your device when it’s locked
You can now exit out of the Settings app and lock your device, and you should see your information on the lock screen — right beneath the time and date.

You don't really need that anymore. You can use this service to locate your phone: Android device manager. You can also ring the phone using that link, lock it, and erase it.

You could use something like Phonto to put some text on a photo, and use that photo as lock screen wall paper.
