my cradles dont work?

i just received my 2 dual charging cradle dock and the battery charges in the back slot but the front phone doesnt charge or sync.

what does it mean "appendant switching adapter" ?

is there something i dont know here?

both dont sync or charge the phone while its sitting in cradle

you have to hook it up to both usb and AC to charge the phone and spare battery at the same time. the usb hookup is the one that charges the phone.

I assume you're talking about the cradles off of ebay.

Note that you should be able to hook the USB cable up to the charging adapter that comes with the Evo.

i have the usb charger that it came with plugged into the cradle and into the wall and the usb cable they gave plugged into the cradle and my computer. but the phone is not powering up or syncing.

i have used these cradles for my last 4 phones

so is the usb cable coming out of the cradle meant to be plugged into power with the adapter?
and the mini usb slot supposed to be plugged in to the computer?
that seems backwards. it came with a power adapter that was meant to be plugged into the back via mini usb. but the prong to sit the phone on is micro usb.
