Help My data stopped working?

So, did all the usual stuff with my rooted VM LG Optimus 3, hid the QSlide bar, uninstalled some unnecessary apps (maybe this is my problem), and swapped my internal/external. However, in ROM Toolbox Lite I accidentally used the Recovery Reboot option which apparently set me back and I had to redo/reinstall everything with the exceptions of rooting and hiding the QSlide bar again. I then went out of the country for a brief while and upon coming back, have realized that my Data hasn't worked at all since I got back at the end of May.

Anyone happen to have an inkling of an idea as to what my problem might be? Quite admittedly, I very well may have been overzealous when it came to uninstalling apps, but I was mostly sure that I hadn't uninstalled any apps the second time around that I didn't uninstall the first time around (when I got my phone in January), and my data worked fine prior to this.
 
Did you root and flash a ROM on the device before you left the states. If so you may need a updated ROM . or see if you can flash a APN . things has changed and still making changes as we speak . but I would try another ROM if your rooted
 
Didn't flash any rom at all, I've just been using rooted stock the entire time. Think I should still try another rom? If so, I'll look into it when I get back from work.
 
It may have been a update also but it sounds like APN is the issue if no data you may need to see if the prl is up to date since you just getting back into the States there have been many changes and many more to come . sprint and VM have made some of these big changes .
 
If your rooted try another ROM that is updated if problem still . you may want to unroot and make sure the device isnt waiting for a update . when you unroot be sure to do a full factory data reset . this will make the device new just as if you taken out of box. You should make a back before this method and after . for example ..... Before you attempt to flash another ROM (anything new this can also be a custom ROM also) I would make a back up . put this backup on your PC or laptop. ..now if the new ROM you flashed Dont work . cool now you can do a unroot and factory data reset when u performed the unrooting . after the FDR aka factor data reset is complete the phone should work . now if you want to reroot when the rooting is done make a new backup . and keep both in a safe place. Then you can do what as you feel . ...I think its a update waiting and due to the travel the old prl and APN is sitting with nothing to do .

No problem here to help if you have any problems. I know the travel and use your device in other places can cause that problem and I am happy to see your device in action again.
