my decision on the Samsung galaxy sIII

I decided that I'll hold on to my Lg connect 4g until black Friday where I'm hoping there will be a sale.

The S3 just got released so I'm not really in a rush to get one. If anything I'll just but one for myself as a early Christmas gift in November if there is a sale going on :p

How do you guys feel about it?
 
Well as much as I want the Galaxy S III now I feel it would be better if I wait until Black Friday if there will be a sale. If not I still may pick up the phone......maybe not.

I just never spent $500 just for a phone before :/

Same here. I was on the fence and my wife was totally against it. In the last 5 months I've bought 3 phones not including the gs3, a nexus 7 and a transformer infinity, so she was pretty much saying hell no.

I decided to buy one anyways, went hunting for one at 3 stores and they were sold out on Monday, but a store let me reserve one for yesterday's shipment. My wife found out, blew up and put me in the dog house, and I decided not to get it.

Well, Tuesday morning while I was at work my motion 4G stopped receiving a signal. No calls, no messages and no Internet. I called my wife from the office and her phone was working fine. I get home fully prepared to go off on metro and my 2 year old waddles over to me with a white box and goes 'he daddy, fom me mama' (cute I know, he's awesome).

I guess my wife felt bad and went up and got me the gs3, disconnected my phone and got this one set up for me. (she also bought herself a new laptop, zzz:o)

Was a great day, and I thought about how much damn money this thing cost, but as soon as I took it out of the box I forgot all about that $535 bucks. And yes, we definitely had some hot sex that night lol. (call me weird but nothing fans my flames of passion more than awesome technology :rolleyes: )

Lol. I was thinking you broke your motion on purpose subconsciously but the reality was even better. Cool twist.
 
its not about the money but more about the experience. life is short buy a gs3! ....maybe i should patent that slogan?
 
Seriously, get the phone. This thing is ******* awesome. Metro will most likely not be getting anything better any time soon.
 
But there is another phone coming but i will leak info later on, but this phoneis a keeper, plus it will work when and if they merge.
 
Its a great phone. there are several nexus phones being announced end of oct. Also that HTC Butterfly looks sweet. Up to you though, if it does what you want the S3 is the best phone on the market currently. It won't retain it's crown forever though.

Seeing the S3 on sale in the USA with contract for some great prices now recently.
