I have had this phone for a week now. I love it so far but the phone has froze on me a couple times. One morning after siting on the charger all night it was dead in the water wouldnt do anything. I had to take out the battery and put it back in. I took it the verizon store and they didnt know anything about it and informed there would be a 35 dollar restocking fee to exchange it. Do I have a lemon? And why in the F would I have pay 35 bucks to exchange it?

you have to pay a $35 restocking fee because unless you argue with verizon, thats what they do! nickel and dime!
That is why I left for sprint a couple of months ago
Tell them you're not paying a restocking fee for a phone that has noted issues! All of the android phones seem to have their little quirks! My hero does, but they all still beat Winmo hands down!!!
Tell them you're not paying, or try calling their CS.
