Help my earpiece buzzes!!

My Droid X had the same problem. I took it to the VZW store and they said they had a few people come in for buzzing earpieces. When they took it back to look at it they blasted it with compressed air. Three days later my calls are crystal clear on max volume. Hopefully this means they aren't blown out speakers because they are blasting them with air at the actual VZW stores. Who knows. I just don't wanna send away for a new one and it have they same problem. I've spent so much time customizing that I just hope it's not broken hardware.

I'm on my third Droid X, the first one buzzed like crazy. I tried the compressed air and it made no difference. After insisting that the sales associate open up a couple of the new boxes we found one that wasn't buzzing as badly as mine and three others that were buzzing worse. I accepted the exchange but after a week of use the buzzing continued to get worse. The compressed air seemed to help the second one, but only intermittently. I had an excellent associate at Best Buy who kept opening all of their new phones until she found one for me that did not buzz-

Third time's charm, I say request an exchange if it comes back!
